Spa Etiquette Social Graces for the Spa Girl in Training Okay, so some rules are not meant to be broken! Here are some traditional and not-so-traditional SpaGirl etiquette guidelines. Leave the kids at home/get a sitter: Good golly miss molly! SpaGirls are not martyrs and know how to ask for help when they need it. Rest assured (no pun intended), taking care of you yields a better mom. How can you and your friends relax with little ones running around? Please be punctual! When we book an appointment at your place, I will arrive 10 minutes early to set up, please have your children with the sitter, and the area we are working in already organized! This will save us anytime that may cut into your treatment time. I book clients based on the time required for their treatment. Depending on my schedule we may be able to add on, but please plan ahead when you book. Lock up the pets! please have pets away from our spa area, its not cute or helthy for fluffy to be drinking your pedicure water! Communicate with the Spa Diva: Do disclose a current or old injury or physical condition & express your preferences to touch, music, aromas or other options. We are there for you and our goal is to provide you with your perfect experience. Gratuities Gratuities are not included in our prices, if you feel that your treatment deserves a tip a customary 15-20% is adequate and appreciated. Cancellation policy: You'll typically have 24 hours to cancel without charge.
